Wembley tickets

From what I gather from last season,we will get allocated 31500
Tickets.How do you think they will be allocated?
If city have any business sense then they will prioritise those who went with the cup direct scheme to ensure more people sign up next season if they think that it would mean the likelihood of wembley ticket priority.
Perhaps the fairest way would be to allocate on loyalty numbers as normal but the first day for each for cup direct with enough loyalty points then just loyalty points the following day and then the same repeated for the next band of points.
Whichever way it's done,people will miss out and tickets will be coveted like wonkas golden ticket
I just hope that they are allocated with the fairest way to all and not somehow reaching the hands of the corporate people first
