This is purely from memory, but wasnt there something about giving higher coefficient rankings based one things like titles they won decades ago or did it all change recently? The only thing I can see is its based on the last 5 years in the competion & under new rules if you win won of the top domestic leagues you get better seeding. Got to admit I didnt pay much attention until recent years as we were never in it.

Ok I get it now its sum total of the coefficient points of the leauge, thats why they were talking about taking away the 4th qualifing slot beacuse English teams were doing so badly, all coming back now.
