Rotation policy Empty Rotation policy

Managers with big squads feel the need to rotate their players. I don't necessarily agree with this policy.

Take two examples, Dzeko and Milner. Dzeko started the season on fire yet was 'rested' after he scored 4 against the spuds and hasn't been the same since. Milner had some cracking games and then he too was rested.

If someone has a niggly injury or is knackered, fair enough, but don't change things just for the sake of it.

If everyone was fit and at the top of their game, I'd have Dzeko and Milner in my first 11.

The problem is at the minute Dzeko's not and does seem to be struggling with his all round game. However, RM doesn't have Balo to fall back on as he's always suspended, therefore has to have Dzeko in to support our only decent forward Aguero.

I agree though, if your best 11's fit, then you have to play them (especially away).
