Any potential targets he had, may not be on the radar of the incoming one. With this in mind, having no manager in place until ATLEAST after the USA tour, there's the distict possibility the main transfer targets may will be missed once again.

I don't think it'll make them any easier, that's for sure. Or maybe the Barca boys will be able to buy and sell without a manager giving them crap about it. Who knows? It's all the conjecture, the silence and the waiting that kills me. I'm half expecting to be waiting until the night before the season starts and then hear we've picked up a useless manager with a poor history of keeping teams in the division they start in.
