A better man than me might be able to say whether they did anything illegal or not...how can you sell something or somone you didn't actually own?

I say, get Citys top notch lawyers involved and take the shitfer wanky wanderers to court, in the hope of bankrupting um.....or atleast getting quadruple the money back. They were all bent bastards when Allardyce was there.....and that's a fact.

I've a soft spot for Bolton because of Mrs Blue and because I can see their bloody floodlights from my house but there is only one bend barsteward there and its Phil Gartside. Horrible horrible little man. Self appointed King of Bolton who is only out for himself. Big Sam was just naive and his son was just stupid.

Allardyces son was even stupider (is that a word?), but you are correct as regards Gartsides profile.....he is a horrible, horrible little man who's only out for himself. I really do hope this somehow comes back to bite him big time on the arse.

Under FA rules, surely this is a piece of illegal trading? How is it possible to sell something you don't officially own; in his own words, we put the contract in the drawer and didn't counter-sign it......therefore, surely, they can't have officially owned him to sell him on.

Is this potential fraud? Misrepresenting the fact that you own a player - when in fact you don't actually own anything. How could the FA at the time have allowed the sale to City to go through? Surely, they must have looked at the paperwork and saw that Didi was a free agent, so how could Bolton sell him....if what Gartside is saying about the contract is the truth!

£400,000 is £400,000........get on the case City!
