Sounds to me like Halsey doesn't have much interest in maintaining any relations with his old colleagues, if this was how they treated him. I'll bet he turned up in the Bolton kit because they were all twats.The sensible thing would be to ignore him. It is what people did at the referees’ camp for a long time when he used to turn up with his Bolton kit to train rather than the kit that we all had on.
And I think it's hilarious that they got the view on the quality of FA refereeing from Graham "Three Yellows" Poll

I think Halsey turned up in a bolton kit because he was/is a t***. So are the rest if them.

I think they sent Poll out to put the bomb under Halsey so the FA could appear to be distancing themselves from it if it goes pear shaped. Even though we all know they've been in rag pockets for the last two decades.
