Re: Team v Spurs
Even though we're 3-0 up.....i think we've been sloppy in the middle of the park. Yaya...never seen him give the ball away so cheaply.
Spuds got to go for it now.....maybe add Milner into the MF instead of Navas....and still hit them on the break..
Did Navas mean to score? Not sure, but what a start...
Both keepers look nervy....
Still, 3 in 45 mins to the leagues meanest defence....I'll settle for that...but we need to keep the ball better in the 2nd half and no give it away cheaply.

Agree ridiculous decision. What is the point. Perfect for guidetti introduction

Odd...., however, much better passing in the 2nd half....Aguero and Negredo were superb today, as was Nasri...
2 goals for Navas will do his confidence a world of good..13 goals at home in 2 matches....lets sort that away form out..
Come on Cardiff!!

Navas played very very well today. I think that's the first time I've seen him really go for it and beat his man time and time again. Great day for him.
Fernandinho was class today as well also. (Bar his comedy miss)

Great substitution at half time thought Lescott was excellent and for those who say he can't pass, well today I can see that not being with England must help as he has obviously been practicing. His interceptions and reading of the game were top notch. For all the stick he gets it was good to see that performance. I do agree with the Fernandinho assessment Jordan.

Re: Team v Spurs
We were awesome today. Aguero & Negredo probably the best CF pairing in the PL
Fernandinho was superb, Nasri excellent..., In fact excellent all round
Massacred the tightest defence in the league & the Rags drop 2 points 2 boot lol
We have now scored more goals at home than the rest of the PL put together !
Why oh why is our away form so shit? Lose to Sunland and then batter the Spuds. It makes no sense?

I wonder if shutting up shop for the next away game will work? Maybe just going with a different approach...let the other team work the ball for the change and hit them on the break.

Re: Team v Spurs
I thought Fernandinho was brilliant. Good control and he covered well. I remember him busting a gut to get back and help the defence on one Spurs breakaway.
Pants had one moment when he missed the ball diving to try and stop a cross.
I was worried about Clichy as he got turned and beaten a few times in the first 30 minutes.
Yaya was a lazy fucker especially the 1st half.
It was like that early goal meant our guys could sit back expecting the win.
I really thought that whoever scored the 2nd goal would win the match as we were not very good at all in the first half. Yes we scored 3 goals (from their mistakes and some good play) but we were far from convincing.
2nd half we looked good, but we should look good at 5-0. A bit disappointed we didn't go for more goals as we could so easily have scored 8 or 9 today. Guidetti should have had 10 minutes at least.
6-0 and we didn't even play that well!

Re: Team v Spurs
Scoring an early goal helps, and the team MP put out today should start every game (Kompany and Silva added if fit)
Starting with Kolorov,Garcia and Dzeko in the team also missing Zabba was a massive mistake IMO
Anyone know what was wrong with Nastastic?

Thought Nasri was absolutely superb today - Navas really showed us what he can do, Fernandinho also. YaYa only played well for 20 minutes - he was awful during the first half.
See TMG's bum woman is back!!
