I hope we are in contact with spuds over wantaway modric.
I imagine they would rather not sell to Chelsea as there is no love lost between the 2 clubs,so perhaps as we can offer plenty of players to interest spuds like Adebeyor and given,then we could be in a good position to get him.
Top player and would be ideal linking with silva.

apparently modric says he would prefer to stay in london so chelsea would be in the driving seat with him.
i really do hope he leaves and that opens the floodgates for their other stars(?) to leave.
