Blatter has suggested a switch to November/December 2022 is almost inevitable, But ex Chilean football chief Harold Mayne-Nicholls said that would also mean a clash with European football leagues, as well as the Winter Olympics and Super Bowl in the United States.

"You could move it towards May, until the middle of June" Mayne-Nicholls said. "The weather would still be very warm at night, but the sun is not there and that could help. I know it's not easy, we'd sleep during the day and work during the night".

Omg, i've heard it all now.....this is just a complete fuck up. To award this country the World Cup has to be the biggest mistake in the history of all sporting tournaments and events. How Blatter still in charge, when things like this are still being discussed and talked about is beyond me.

It's a total load of old bollocks. We all know it is a corrupt decision. As was Russia's. As are most major sporting events. But we still lap it all up so they can carry on.
