TBH, I'm not sure how good Delph actually is but he does seem to work hard and he is in the England team (not a great endorsement I admit) but he's HG and young enough at 26. I still think we have to have some core English players especially now that Jimmy and Frank have gone. He's probably not going to be that expensive either.

Umm, if we're in for him....you can bet he will be expensive.

He signed a long contract not too far back but I'd be surprised if there wasn't a clause for a team with CL footy allowing him to leave.

Don't knock the skoda. Delph isn't that bad.

Like I said a good replacement for Jimmy.   He gets in the England team before Jimmy anyway so Woy must think he is ok.

Delph would not improve our squad,, nuff said

But now that Jimmy is with the dippers he will though, purely for Home Grown numbers.

we could sign a nobody & pay next to nothing for home grown status but delph? come on get serious. If that's the best we can do then next season is going to be so underwhelming.

Having said that I do actually quite like Delph. He is a grafter much like Milner & English & 25 so I wouldnt say no although obviously we need to be going for world class players as well. He could be a replacement for Milner or the Fernandos

tough, hard working and homegrown. however would like the quality of pogba

guaranteed 10 bookings in first 11 games. Has absolutely no brain horrible useless lump of garbage.
