Crystalli Delph out again
Bloody great Delph injured within 15 seconds of the start of England's game
Another lengthy spell on the sidelines
Joins a long line of sick notes we've had over the years

Oh come on - poor guy - hardly in the same mold as Walcott, Wilshire, Carroll and Richards. We've got plenty of options - he'd be fighting for a place anyway.

Well, now we've shipped out Jovetic, the physio's got nothing to do until the inevitable happens to Serge. So it's good we've got someone in to keep him occupied.

See Sergio scored last night for Argentina. Let's hope he carries that on into the Palace game.

How is it possible to damage your hamstring in under 10 seconds after you've just warmed up? Odd.

Re: Crystalli Delph out again
Hamstrings can go at any time he just had to have turned wrong or stretched abnormally. Believe me I know. I was 80 mins into a game went on a mazy run got past the last defender 1 on 1 with the keeper & snap went the hamstring, couldn't get enough on the shot defender got back to clear off the line @ all I got was 11 weeks of rehab. some 30 yrs later & it has just been playing up again. Squash related now days.

Then clearly, after his last hamstring injury, the scans/ultrasounds haven't picked up that it's not healed properly.

Luckily we dont need him at the moment although I prefer him to Fernando but we have him coming back so I hope they don't rush Delph back..
