are we all confident then lads n lass?

Joking apart with regards MPs selection, how does he approach this game with his tactics?

Knowing we're defensively shite, does he go out to just attack to score more than them, does he play 6 at the back and pray we hold out for a 0-0?

Either way, this is gonna be one exciting but very nervous game to watch pale

I'd go with just Sergio up front 
5 workers in MF (so not Yaya) so that we take charge of the MF
No Kolarov at LB
Play Kevin behind Sergio not on the left wing
Try and blitz them for the 1st 20 mins
At the end of the day it's in the players hands whoever is picked so anything less than 100% is a disgrace

As you point out though Tony, we have a better chance with no Yaya, Kolarov (and Bony) in the starting 11.....so that's in MPs hands.

No, silva was sidelined for up to 3 weeks. I know it sounds daft but you know how players come back to haunt old teams i'd be tempted to play Bony. Remember last season with the score at 3-2 & joe pulled of that worldy, Up steps Bony to drill into the corner. He is due a goal & a half decent game might just tempt buyers.

I'd rather have Nasri short of game time if available than Delph, i have been underwhelmed with his performances so far!

I hate how the media reports that Sunderland have relegated Newcastle and Norwich.  They didn't relegate them - they just won more points in their last several games.

Precisely, MCM.  Saying, "Sunderland do more to save themselves than Norwich and Newcastle" isn't very sexy.  Much better to say, "Fat Sam's Black Cats claw their way out after chewing up Canaries and Magpies."
