Otamendi......

Now rumours are that Otamendi will be coming with the possibility of Mangala going the other way on loan.

We still haven't been paid by Valencia for Negredo, so we are looking at a cut price deal around £25m for Otamendi.

Another option as part of the deal is for Lopes to go on loan.

I'm not sure about this, as Mangala has played really well in these 2 games and looks to be forming a decent partnership Kompany. 2 clean sheets.

This may disrupt the back 4.

Why are we pampering to what Valencia want..they knew they had to pay £25m, so let's just sue them.

Why should we take a defender instead and inturn give them a £40m defender ON LOAN?...how have City gained again?

Makes no sense whatsoever, but typical City transfer business once again.

Maybe after Mangala's season last year, this was something that's been in their thinking for a few weeks. However, with Mangala's impressive start to the season, maybe they will send Lopes on loan there, because if we get Pedro or KDB, his chances of playing are going to be significantly limited to the odd cup appearance, as he's behind the likes of Bony, Nasri, KDB or Pedro.

Maybe the £25m doesn't have to be paid until 1st Sept.

I don't see why we are looking at so much on another central defender, especially given Mangala's start to the season..
we have cover for the inevitable suspensions we will get.
