£20m? After scoring 23 goals in his first season...and City saying he's not for sale!!

We should not, under any circumstances, sell any of our players to PL rivals. You just know, if we sell him to the spuds, he'll bang in another 20 odd goals and make them more of a competitor.

And for £20m, they should be laughed out of the room and told not to come back until they have a serious offer.

I'm sure it's all paper talk.

I'd sell him, but not to any PL teams and only if we have a replacement ready to come in....oh and for no less than £25m.

I agree with Shaken. He's got to be worth decent money. If we do go to one up top for the big games next season, I think he's down to 3rd choice anyway.

I want him to stay....it was his first season, and yet, even after a massive dip in form after his injury, he still scored 23 goals for us....imagine if he was fit and on fire? We could easily be talking about the PL' golden boot.

I think he showed enough to warrant our loyalty and to keep him for at least another season. I think a lot of this paper talk will be down to the fact he missed the WC squad. No doubt he's disappointed, but then he did have the opportunity but for some reason, didn't quite recapture his earlier season form.

I still think he is another different option when he's fit and raring to go.....he works his socks off and scored some great goals.

I know Dzeko did well at the end of the season, but for me, Negredo is still a better prospect with Aguero than Dzeko.

Actually I wouldn't say no to getting sanchez instead of negredo.

According to Graham Hunter in Spain, he doesn't want to go to Liverpool, so Arsenal is an option. However, if City get the right price for Negredo, they will go after Sanchez.
